Old County Pitch & Putt Club

Ladies and Gentlemen we ask that anyone who put their name on the entry forms for outside competitions please drop up to the club and put whatever balance you owe in an envelope and into the competitions box (please also write your name and amount on envelope). Once you put your name on an entry form you are required to pay the entry fee into the competitions box straight away.

To date the Club have given you the benefit of the doubt and entered your name for the outside competition (and paid the fee to PPI or Dublin Board on your behalf) on the understanding that you have paid the entry fee into the Club. Its only when we come to checking it later we notice that a number of players have not paid.  Your club is out of pocket to this amount until you pay what you owe.
